Last week, Randy and I took his brother and sister-in-law out for a post-wedding trash the dress session. We were about a half an hour late thanks to a crazy amount of traffic and I was a little stressed about it, however, the stress induced moving from location to location yielded a wide array of photos! In fact, I’ve had to break this sneak peak up into two posts, mostly because it was essentially two sessions after all was said and done, a “bridal” session with Tommy and Ashley, and a “trash the dress” session with Ashley and a very cold river. That post is coming tomorrow or Tuesday (after my Monday Musing which will feature behind the scenes photos from the trash the dress portion of the session), so hang tight!
This session was a lot of fun. We covered a lot of the same spots that we did for their engagement session back in January (still one of my favorite sessions to date, by the way), and it was a lot of fun to kind of “recreate” some of the old images and put a whole new spin on the locations as well. Tommy and Ashley had a beautiful wedding in August, and Randy and I both are so happy for the two of them. They’re a lot of fun to watch together and they were both eager to goof off and have a good time, which is always nice. :) Tommy, Ashley, we love you both and hope you enjoy these photos — there are more coming soon and your gallery will be ready hopefully by the end of the week!
