Today I had an in-person ordering session with Damara (remember her crazy beautiful shoot last week?!) and Bryson. I’ve been wanting to give these things a try for quite some time, and when Damara asked for help, I was more than happy to! We met up at the local Starbucks in Northgate, where apparently if you order one holiday drink, you get a second free (who knew?!), and sat down to view a slideshow I had made for her of all her proofed images before moving on to showing them how to use their gallery cart and deciding which images they wanted to use and in what fashion.
And with that, next year I am officially going to offer optional in-person Gallery Reveals (otherwise known as ordering sessions) starting in January! Only those clients who opt for them will receive or be able to purchase a slideshow of their images, and there will be opportunities to get a copy of the slideshow for free! Details are included in your Information Packet which you receive when you fill out your reservation request form.
Additionally, there will also be an optional Consultation session offered to Elegance, Extravagance and Wedding clients with a different set of benefits, which are also detailed in your Information Packets.
I’m going to take this opportunity to remind everyone that if you book your portraiture session by December 31, 2010, you will receive 15% off your Creative Fee and that brides who book by December 31, 2010 will receive an overall 10% discount!
