A couple days after Christmas, I met up with one of my favorite families in Bell Square to take photos of Kristi and Jeremy with their seven month old daughter, and Kristi’s mom. I’ve been lucky enough to photograph their engagement, wedding and maternity photos, so I was overjoyed to see them again! Since they live in Colorado, I was unable to do their newborn photos for them, but I was able to meet Lyla, if only briefly, at Meredith & Shannon’s wedding this summer. Needless to say, I was pretty excited to really get a chance to meet her properly, too! :) And honestly, she’s a real doll! She was perfectly behaved, and there were virtually no breakdowns until the end of our session. She did marvelously and made the best faces! I feel like she’s very recently discovered full use of her tongue! :)
