First, I always strongly recommend a complimentary in-person consultation session at my home in Northgate. I’ll use your visit as an excuse to bake, and we’ll eat delicious sweets together while we look over my product line and go over any and all questions and concerns you might have. Plus, if you book at this time, you’ll be eligible for a 10% discount on Collections! We also use this session to brainstorm and dream about your session and/or wedding and what types of images and products you’d like to see from it. It’s a wonderful opportunity to get on the same page and really get creative!
If you cannot manage a consultation session in person, we will do one over the phone or Skype (preferred so I can show you the products!) to handle any and all questions you might have. I require a consultation of some type before booking to ensure that we are both comfortable with one another and that all your questions are answered before-hand.
Between the consultation and our session date, we will iron out any and all details about your session, logistically and creatively. If you have booked either an Elegance session or a Wedding with me, you will receive a link to a customized website containing all the details about our session and where we are in the process. If you have booked a slot for a Simplicity Session day, you will receive a link to that month’s website with much of the same information.
Your session day will arrive, and we will have an awesome time running around, goofing off, climbing things and laughing lots. I always advise wearing comfortable and colorful attire full of varied textures and layers to achieve the best results.
Within 2-3 days, there will be a sneak peek for you on my blog.
Then, anywhere between 2-4 weeks after your session or 4-12 weeks after your wedding, you will be notified that your gallery is ready for viewing. At this time, you will be able to schedule your ordering session with my sales consultant and mother, Carol, either in your home, at a coffee shop or over Skype. At this session, you will first see all your images in an elegant slideshow, and then Carol will walk you through the ordering process. You will be provided with a few sample wall display ideas, and together, you will be able to design the perfect product package.
After you have placed your order, if you have ordered any products which require custom design work, you can expect to receive your first proof within 1-2 weeks. If you have not ordered any products which require custom design work, you can expect to receive your entire order within 1-4 weeks of placement (on the longer end of the range if you are ordering our boutique frames).
From beginning to end, I believe in working closely with you to design an experience that will leave you feeling utterly satisfied and leave you walking away with the perfect products to display the art that we have worked together to create.
